Peanut’s Peach Margarita
Ingredients:
-1 ripe peach (pealed or not pealed, your choice)
-2 ounces silver tequila
-1 ounce Triple Sec
-1/2 juice of a fresh lime
-1 to 1 ½ C ice
-Garnish ideas: -sea salt or sugar for a rimmer, cilantro, lime wedge, peach wedge, jalapeño slice w/o the seeds
Instructions:
-blend peach, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice in a blender. Before you pour, rim your glass with salt or sugar. Pour and garnish and enjoy!
Shaken option: Vigorously shake peach puree and other ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour in a garnished glass.
