FigoFood Turkey-Cranberry Salad:
-1 lb shredded leftover turkey
-cranberries
-chopped celery
-chopped walnuts
-chopped green apples
-1/2 C mayo (I like the olive oil mayo). You could use Greek yogurt too!
-salt and pepper to taste
Combine and mix all ingredients. Place a large spoonful of turkey salad on a bread (the new Flat-out thins are only 100 calories!). Top with lettuce or alfalfa, avocado, yesterday’s cranberry sauce, etc.
*Another idea is to add your turkey to your leftover Waldorf Salad!!
